4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control. Forest Organics is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they are in the care of postal or courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

At Forest Organics, each product is thoughtfully crafted with care, and we truly hope you love what you receive. Because our creations are made with natural ingredients and designed for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, select the wrong item, or receive a gift that doesn’t quite suit you.

We also don’t resell returned products, as we want to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of everything we offer for you, and for the Earth.

That said, if something doesn’t feel right: if your item is faulty, not as described, different from a sample, or doesn’t perform as it should, we’re here to make it right. In these cases, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We kindly ask that you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can take care of things together.
